Extra Special Brew

Brewed a ESB for the first time. It turned out really good. Malty with the right amount of hops. I used Nottingham yeast with this brew. I will brew again. Customer service is very good at Austin Homebrew.

Awesome Choice

I have brewed this beer several times and is definitely one of my favorites. This beer has a very nice malty base with just enough hops to balance. Excellent English style Ale. Don't let the name fool you, this is not a 'bitter' beer, nor is it hoppy. It is maltier than a brown ale, with a mild hop aroma and flavor. I personally use a brew in the bag method with the all grain kit and the dry nottingham yeast. Easy to brew and even easier to drink. If you like a smooth malty beer, this is an excellent choice.
