Description
This copper bitter has an earthy aroma with a light hint of citrus. It is malt forward. Bitter was created in the early 20th century as a draught alternative country-brewed pale ale. It became widespread once everyone understood how to “Burtonize” their water to brew pale beers. Also, to use crystal malts to add a roundness of the palate and a fullness.
