Accidentally added peach flavoring, turned out quite nice as a summer fruity beer.

This was my first homebrew, and it is outstanding! The citrus tone and amber hues are dead on for this style of beer. I would recommend this as a delicious brew from this style.

This was my first (and second) beer brewing recipe. I chose a partial (mini) mash kit. The first batch fermented steadily for about 2 weeks when I racked to a secondary and let it settle for an additional 10 days. I primed and bottle conditioned the beer for another week before trying it. Very crisp with a slight hint of citrus. As it aged, I noticed that the spice notes diminished and while still good, I prefer it younger. The second batch I used washed yeast from the first, and this time left it in the primary 3 weeks, then racked it to a keg with priming sugar and put it in the kegerator 8 days later. The second batch is substantially lighter (2 or 3), most likely due to better technique (less scorching). Flavor is great with very nice head retention. Terrific for warmer weather! Highly recommended.

Great wheat beer. It has very good natural carbonation and is very tasty. Came out with a 5.9% ABV so it will sneak up on you, drink it wisely!!!!!!

This turned out to be one of my favorite brews so far. Pours a pale amber color with nice rich flavor and a slight citrus aftertone. Not overly fruity at all, just good.
