AHS American Wheat (6D) - MINI MASH Homebrew Ingredient Kit

Very light for a wheat beer. I did secondary on some raspberry puree and it was a very good lawnmower beer. Use this as a base for a fruit/hybrid wheat. A good kit, I will reorder next summer.

A basic wheat beer. Not heavy on the body nor the taste. Very easy drinking. I use this recipe as a base for a cherry wheat, though. I do a secondary fermentation on 4 lbs of cherries. Yum!!!

Fantastic wheat beer. I used Belgian yeast for just a hint of banana and cloves. This is what I expect and love about American wheat beers.

I added 1.5 lbs of Honey with 15 min. left to the boil. Turned out great and will order again.

All grain batch- Very good light style wheat. I used White Labs American hefe. Very fast and easy beer to make, the keg only lasted 2 weeks.
