AHS American Red Ale (10A) - ALL GRAIN Homebrew Ingredient Kit

This is one of my favorites. I almost always have it in my rotation.

I did a full grain on this brew. Excellent flavor. Made this 2 other times and all is good. Just give it a couple of weeks to mellow out.

Brewed this one for a Ski trip a few months ago. Kegged and let it sit for 3 weeks, was fantastic by the time we started drinking it. A little more hoppy than I expected but I think that made it better. Will be brewing again.

Recently brewed and kegged the extract kit. I've been happy with all of the recipe kits ordered on this site and I think this is my favorite so far. Color came out really nice and hops flavor is just right to me. I ordered the recommended yeast. I'm looking forward to brewing their AHS London Porter next because this one might not last long.

Mini-mash, late DME addition. Had a nice bright red color, fruity aroma. A-, would brew again!
