This will be a regular for me though it takes about 10 weeks from brew to bottle. More than worth it. Crisp, clear and refreshing. A true crowd pleaser.

After about 8 or more batches for many different styles of beer, I was in the mood for "just beer". This ironically was one of my favorites. Very crisp and refreshing. Although I was thinking if would be kind of boring it really isn't. It is a very nice break going back to just plain American beer. I believe most will agree.
