Absolutely my favorite AHS recipe kit. Crisp, clean taste. Excellent for summer drinking. Brewing more now to stock up.

This is one of our house beers. We can drink more of this and work out less to offset it. We like the flavor and always brew a double batch so we have plenty around. Sine there are no grains in the kit, it brews fast. This is also very affordable beer to make.

This beer is amazing. I like to drink coors light every so often and this is very similar. I used Kolsch wyeast put in primary for a week at 65, then secondary at 50 for about a month. Two weeks in the bottle and I doubt it will last more than another 2 weeks.

I made this one for the Bud/Miller/Coors people I know and they all agreed it was good, though the one who had tried Miller Lite before (most people I know only drink Bud or Coors) said it was good but didn't really taste like Miller. I did try a few of them myself and it is what I expect of a light lager, clean & crisp but otherwise quite tasteless. It took 5 weeks to carbonate in the bottle.

Just like the other guys, i made this batch for my friends who don't like anything but bud light, miller light or natural light. I did just as the directions said and it turned out awesome!! Personally i like it better than any of those. Its nice every once in a while to enjoy a good lite beer. I would definatley recommend this one.
