Literally, this might be the best beer I have ever had/brewed. I found a bottle of it in my basement that had been accidentally aged for a year and it was even more awesome. I recommend aging it for a year... if you can wait that long. I also added some black currant flavoring to give it some extra fruityness.
Everyone loves this beer!!! I brewed the allgrain kit. It came out great. It's a little rough the first month in the bottle, but 6 months of sampling from me and my no-good-mooching friends has led to the discovery that it is a delicious drink to be enjoyed on a cold night in front of a fire. It will really warm you up. I wish I had brewed a double batch. I will definitely brew this again.
I get lots of compliments on this beer. I find it very. very enjoyable. Additionally, it ages very well.
