I had great luck with the all-grain kit. So much luck that I ordered enough for 10 gallons this time around.

I brewed the mini mash almost hitting gravity numbers. I fermented with wyeast and a dry lager yeast at 55 degrees, dropped it to 42 before kegging and didn't think too much of it...until about 3 weeks later!!! Fricken unbelievably beautiful lager. It's so clean and even clear...definitely worth the extra time! I'm now addicted to lagering...i just don't drink slow enough for the carboy time:)

All I have to say is Afreakingmazing!! I can't beleive I brewed this! I brewed the all grain version, fermented at 52 degrees for 9 days and did a diacytle rest for 2 days at 62. Then Lagered it for 5 weeks at 34 degrees and kegged it. This keg will not last long.

This was my first attempt to brew all grain. I didn't have my equipment lined up as well as I though, but still managed to get 1.046 OG. I followed the directions from there and it turned out great! I took some on a fishing trip and no one touched the store bought beer until this was gone!
