Great pale ale. Very floral and citrusy hop distinction. I didn't have any friends who didn't love this one. Unfortunately, that made it disappear a little too quickly.... I'd like to do this one again sometime.

Made the partial mash, and it has very distinct grapefruit flavors. I liked it with California V. Next time I'll dry hop some amarillo for additional impact. I started taking 8 oz. draws towards the end of that keg to stretch it.

I brewed this beer as my first attempt at brewing a mini-mash after some Cooper's extract kits. Brewed January 16. 1 week primary, 1 week secondary with 1 oz. Cascade dry-hopped. Excellent pale ale, though definitely wish I would have dry-hopped with Amarillo instead of Cascade.
