I brewed this clone w/o ever having had the original, it was requested by a cousin as his favorite. I brewed this all-grain and with a one week primary, two week secondary, and a one week tertiary. This beer has candied sugar and dried oranges involved which was a new bit of a challenge. After being in the bottle for about 6 weeks the beer really mellowed out and was quite enjoyable to say the least. I would brew this kit again as although its not my favorite style of beer other people have thorougly enjoyed it.
