Dark Munich Malt - lb
Made by Weyermann using quality, 2-row German Spring barely, this kilned lager-style malt is typically used as a specialty malt, though its high enzyme content makes it usable as a base malt as well. Generates robust malt characteristics, with a deep amber color and a smooth mouthfeel. Strong malty flavor is complemented with notes of caramel, honey, and bread on the aroma.
Dark Munich is a great malt for brewing dark lagers and ales, especially Munich-style lagers, Bocks, and German Festival beers such as Marzens and Oktoberfests.
