Made with no preservatives and no additives, this tart cherry puree will add loads of flavor to your next beer or wine. Harvested in July through early August, this puree contains ripened, washed and sorted Red Tart Cherries. Add during fermentation or use as a base to deliver a delicious tart cherry flavor.
