Express is fast, fermenting out 6kg of sugar in less than 24 hours while producing very good distillate. Because of the speed, it is important that the water startes at the correct temperature. Recommended fermenting temperature 75 - 84 F (18 - 24 C). Turbo Carbon is recommended for the best possible product.
