Spotted Cow (6A) - ALL GRAIN Homebrew Ingredient Kit

Excellent take on one of Wisconsin’s best kept beer secrets! Great cream ale recipe and has become a regular in my brew rotation. Delightfully palatable and an all around crowd pleaser.

This is a great beer! I have brewed it twice and it keeps getting better and better! Smooth, balanced, nice drinking bear. I placed it side by side with a bottle of S-cow and I like mine better!

Not sure it tastes anything like Spotted Cow, but it is an awesome beer. Combined two kits to make one 10 gallon batch.

I purchased this for an event with a lot of Bud/Yuengling drinkers. I can't speak to how close it is to the original, but i will say it hits the mark as a great beer. Primary fermentation at 62 for seven days, secondary at 42 for 2 weeks to lager in keg. White labs yeast Cream Ale yeast. Yeast is medium flocculation, I found it did not want to settle out at all in the primary. First pint pulled was all yeast. Very good beer, will buy again.
