Usage: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of Sparkolloid in 8 oz. of boiling water for approximately 5 min. After mixing, add hot mixture to 5-6 gallons of beer or wine. Stir gently to incorporate. It is recommended to wait 1-2 weeks before racking or bottling.

Haven't used a clarifier before as my normal ales/porters/stouts come out pretty clear. Made first wheat beer (watermelon wheat) and it was very cloudy after days in primary which I should have expected with all the wheat protein. Anyway, added sparkolloid powder as described in secondary and worked very well nice clear beer which I prefer. Primary 7 days, then secondary with sparkoloid for 11 days, then bottled. Would recommend if needing to clarify after boiling and wanting vegetarian option.
