OYL-407 Vossa Nova
Vossa Nova is a Thiolized version of Voss Kveik, known for reliable haze and tangy citrus notes. Our only kveik in the Thiolized series allows for a broad temperature range and control of the fermentation speed to your liking. Expect lower thiol intensity at hotter temps due to more vigorous blow-off, no diacetyl production.
Expect no diacetyl production. Similar to Omega's + Series yeast (formerly called DKO Series) Vossa Nova is engineered to knock out the formation of diacetyl before it even starts.

Available only in the US, while we would love to make these strains available internationally, many countries' regulations do not yet allow the sale of organisms developed using modern gene-editing, regardless of the type of modification introduced by the technique.
