Pitching/Fermentation: A unique Saccharomyces strain that produces delicate, tart, tropical mango and pineapple fruit characteristics with a clean finish. Try higher fermentation temperatures to really bring out the tropical aspects. It's stubbornly non-flocculent, but the results are worth the trouble.

Awesome Yeast for NEIPA

Brewed this as apart of a NEIPA experiment and I am very impressed with the tropical punch this yeast brings to the table. Fermented warm at 82 and got a lot of tasty flavors as a result. Really compliments the strata and sabro hops with mango and citrus juiciness. Will buy more and add it to my regular recipes.
