Amazing first kit!

This is my first wine kit. I’ve distilled for a couple years but wanted to try wines. Wish I would have tried making wines sooner! This kit was easy to make, just used brew buckets, didn’t have any carboys. The instructions were clear and easy, just make sure and use a hydrometer instead of time to move on to the next steps. Degassing was the “iffy” part for me. I had a simple degassing rod on a drill and just kinda figured enough was enough and bottled everything up after clearing. Tried the wine during bottling, it was little metallic. Decided to rest it for a month and wow, what a change in flavors! This is a great kit and I will probably make it again. Huge value for the money!
