I think mine died in transit

It was left outside my door all day in 100 degree heat. Not sure these should be shipped since I can not control the arrival time. For 2 weeks its didn't do anything so I dumped it out and just started from a jar of organic Kombucha instead. Something to consider when ordering these in summer months. If they're not going to do anything to control the environment within the package or give you other options for delivery timing.
