Yuzu [pronounced YOO-zoo] is a Japanese citrus fruit that has been gaining popularity in the States over the last few years. It's the next superfruit and is currently popping up a flavoring agent bubblegum to beer. The flavor profile is between a lemon, mandarin and grapefruit and it's sourness and acidity play well against the coconut notes and sweetness of Island Mist.
