First of all Austin Homebrew's service was awesome. I received my cooler/mash tun just a couple of days after I placed the order. This was my first attempt at an all grain batch and minus one little hiccup everything went great. The cooler held temp right where it was supposed to and clean up and assembly are easy. One note. I did end up tightening the nut on the inside with a wrench as it was allowing the dip tube to turn when you opened the ball valve. I just brewed my second batch and it went perfect. I should have gone all grain long before now.
