Great kit, brew it once a year. Better then the real thing. keg condition for 3-4 weeks smooth

Brewed 1.5L starter. Left in primary 2 weeks and then filtered with 5 micron filter and aged for 6 weeks. I probably should have left it on primary a little longer, my OG only got down to 1.035. Beer is fantastic!! It ended up at 6% when it was suppose to be 8%+
