Description
Gelatin finings will clear beer and wine by causing particles suspended in the liquid to coagulate and settle to the bottom. These finings will also remove tannin from wine, reducing its astringency.
Usage: 1/2 teaspoon per 5 gallons or beer or 1 teaspoon per 6 gallons of wine. Dissolve in warm water and add to the fermented beer or wine.
