Fermentis SafBrew DW-17
SafBrew™ DW-17 is a powerful solution (consisting of Active Dry Yeast and enzymes) for producing very complex beers with fruity, woody, and slightly acidic characters. SafBrew™ DW-17 is also recommended to ferment very high-density worts allowing a level of alcohol until 17 ABV. SafBrew DW-17 is ideal for strong aromatic beers like Specialty Saisons and Wild Speciality Beers.
One 25g packet is enough for an average 5-gallon batch of beer.

- 50/50 Blend: 50% Yeast, 50% Enzyme
- Fermentation Temperature: 68 - 89.6°F
- Attenuation: 98-102%
- Alcohol Tolerance: 17%
- Enzymes: Amyloglucosidase (AMG)

- Not suitable for re-pitching or bottle conditioning.
