Dark DME is a dry 100% pure malted barley extract made from Briess base malt, Munich malt, Caramel 60L malt, Black Patent malt, and water.
Dark DME can be used for many styles of extract beers: red ales, Oktoberfests, Bocks, Dopplebocks, brown ales, and stouts.
Also, it can be used to adjust the color, flavor, and gravity of all grain beers.
Sold by the pound in packages of 1 or 3 pounds.
