Coopers canned beer kits are unique because they are the only kits produced by a working brewery: Coopers in Australia. This beer has a bright golden color with a strong head. A pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose combines with a generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish. This is a good example of a Coopers Traditional Ale.

Easy to brew

This is my first Cooper's HME brew. It was a very easy brew hour and the yeast gave me fast fermentation and overflowed slightly in my LBK's that I use for these type of brews. I hope to bottle right before Christmas and drinkable late January. I was able to get 1.051 SG with a final expected at 1.010. Salud
