Unexpected Results

Ordered two of these to make a rinse station for bottles, one was missing its bearing and the part that holds the lever that is supposed to push the bearing in to allow the water to flow was not attached so you'd pick it up and it would just slide out and fall apart. The other worked better but sometimes the bearing would get stuck in the open position so you'd pull off the bottle and get blasted with water. I have it set upside down so when I'm rinsing bottles they drain, could have something to do with it?
