Bavarian Cream Flavoring - 1 Dram
This flavoring is similar to vanilla, and adds a smooth creamy taste. 1 dram is sufficient for flavoring 5-6 gallons of homemade beer, wine, cider, or mead. It is recommended to add flavor during secondary fermentation, but try adding it during primary fermentation, kegging, or bottling for some unique taste experiences.
