Usage rate: Use approximately 1 drop per gallon. The amount of anti-foam is a "rule of thumb". The actual amount needed is determined by the brewing system used and the type of beer being brewed. Higher O.G. beers will take more, and lower O.G. beers will take less.

This stuff works awesome. One drop in the boiler, or in the fermenter, completely knocks down any foaming. Really saves me from losing a lot of product out the top of the carboy during fermentation as I used to.
