Anchor Steam Beer (7B) - EXTRACT Homebrew Ingredient Kit

Love it. Tastes great. I drink Anchor Steam. Iíll be making this again.

I have been ordering from Austin homebrew for 6+ years. I have yet to have been disappointed. Every recipe I have made from them has been awesome! This one in particular is especially tasty. I make it regularly.

New brewer as of Dec'14. Have made this beer twice now and both times it turned out excellent. As good as what you get in SF!

This is an oustanding beer, better than the store bought or tap. I had friends in town and this on tap and we found a bar that had this on tap. I used the alcohol boost and I think that was the difference b/t the true brew an this. My wife and friends loved it. I will brew this again.

This is my 2nd time brewing this recipe, the former being my 1st AG brew. More experience/brews under my belt, and fermenting at cooler temp's, has improved my beer. This is still one of my favorite brews to date, and I'm going to make this one of my house brews. At the 2nd hop additon, I added the full 1oz. at 15 m's (vs. .5 at 15 m's and .5 at 0 m's). I did this intentionally, to add a little more hop presence. I prefer mine to the original (personally). This beer is good for everybody...just hoppy enough, w/o offending the crowd.
