This recipe is the product of blending a Belgian White and an American IPA. This beer will be very pale like a wit, but it is heavily hopped with American hops. While the hops play a huge role in the flavor and aroma, coriander and orange peel also contribute to make this beer unique and balanced.
Specialty malts: flaked wheat, white wheat
Featured hops: Apollo, Cluster, Centennial, Cascade
Other additives: coriander, bitter orange peel
The coriander will need to be cracked before adding it to the wort.
