AHS Texas Red (9D) - ALL GRAIN Homebrew Ingredient Kit

This is a wonderful brew. It's VERY smooth and well balanced, and the color is so beautiful! I will definitely make this again. (I brewed the AG version via BIAB)

I brew this beer all-grain and i is amazing! Of course, I like to customize it a little by adding caramelized and dehydrated Pink Lady apples. Not one person who has tried this combo of brew hasn't loved it.

Ive got my third batch of this brew going right now. Its absolutely one of my favorites and is my new go to beer for sure. Excellent flavor and it just gets better over time.

Very nice. Medium hop. Bottle aged for 4 weeks and was perfect. Will brew this again.

Great tasting red. It has a really strong head (bottle conditioned). The malt comes through strong, however there is a noticeable hop presence that provides some balance. Not super hoppy like some American amber/reds can be though. I am looking forward to see how this continues to develop after a few more months conditioning. I will brew this again.
