Mild Blond Beer

I really like the way this one came out. As a previous reviewer stated, it's a little sweet, but I don't mind it. My bf and I are usually into darker beers, but this makes a nice change up for the summer months.

i second the previous post. very smooth, slightly sweet, but the longer it matures, the drier (better imo) it gets. excellent summer ale, but no need to restrict it to warm weather!

Partial Mash w/recommended dry yeast. 2 weeks primary, 2 weeks secondary. keg'd and aged for 6 weeks. Flavor became more well rounded around 12 weeks. It isn't a beer packed with flavor, what it does offer is a smooth subtle flavor that is very easy to drink for any beer drinker. Would brew again..but definitely wait til the 10th or 12th week. I also left out the Malto-Dextrin.

Love this beer! Matured quickly in the bottle, nice and smooth after 2 and 1/2 weeks. Slight sweetness, but not a distraction. I will absolutely brew this again.
