Good summer brew

Added ginger, cracked black pepper and hibiscus for a bit of color. Nice brew for the summertime.

Makes a good brew

I can't say too much for the flavor profile as I added 4 lbs of IQF blueberries to the primary. I must say though, it came out beautiful. One of the best fruited beers I've ever had, excluding Belgians. I imagine it would be great on its own.

An excellent Summer Wheat Ale

This partial Mash (and Extract) was reasonable easy to mash (used a single mash step and sparge), and produced wonderful smelling wort, with the extract. Hops were a great choice. I did appreciate availability of name of "5 HBU" bittering hops both on the package, and through FAQ on the website, for my records. The WLP 320 American Hefeweizen yeast was a good choice, as it worked as advertised, beginning at 3 days of pitch, and fermenting out clean and good flocculation. A great summer wheat ale!
