A real winner, usually brew hefe's, tried this and after only 7 days in the bottle it was AWESOME. Flavorful, yet really smooth and really easy to drink. I do all grain, BIAB. Get the liquid yeast and do a nice starter (cant go wrong). Highly recommend this one if you like hefe/German brews! This in now in the standard rotation for sure.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say... Disregard the "Liquid Banana Bread" moniker in AHS's description, to me that sounds yuck! and I probably wouldn't have tried this had I noticed it before... So pretend they didn't call it Liquid Banana Bread :-)
