Amazing!

This is a fantastic recipe! I added an alcohol boost, and I boiled down to 4.5 gallons and didn't top off...the wort was too tasty, so I'll have an "imperial" version of this beer, but it is SOOOOOO good. I did 1lb of fresh roasted pumpkin in the mash. I'll order this again and make this a seasonal staple!

Great mix of seasonal flavors

Brewed the LEX version and used some canned pumpkin while steeping the grains. Wasn't sure what to expect, but this beer turned out to be my best homebrew! The vanilla, coffee, and chocolate flavors are more noticeable than the pumpkin spices. If you want more pumpkin, I would consider adding additional pumpkin spices and using less vanilla at bottling. Also recommend the malto dextrin on this one. Brew it!
