Did the mini mash recipe for this, and I really really really like it. This is a near perfect summer IPA. Very floral in the mouth, nice hopped finish in the aftertaste, crisp, clear and refreshing. I wish I did a double batch as its going FAST.

I haven't been able to perfect the IPA. This one came out very bitter and with a few off flavors. This was my 6 or 8th beer and I wasn't impressed. However, I've made an IPA before and it didn't come out right. Maybe it's me. I'll stick to the hefes and the pale ales.

The very first recipe I have tried, and it came out amazing. Has a terrific aroma and a "just enough" bitter bite. Surprisingly refreshing for an IPA; perfect for summer days. Like the other comments, I wish I had done a double batch because all my friends and coworkers liked this beer so much. I plan on doing this one again very soon...highly recommended!

This was my first beer, and it went very smooth. I'd recommend dry hopping in a bag, otherwise it's tough to not get some in the bottles. This was delicious IPA, and is fairly hoppy, but I was hoping for more. My OG was lower than I hoped, but it still turned out good. I would definitely buy this one again for an IPA.
