This is a great cold weather beer. Deep rich color along with a full bodied, full flavored beer, make this my new holiday favorite. I brewed the mini mash and had great success. I even heard a comment "this is the best beer I have ever had"

I brewed this at the beginning of October and served it Christmas. Everyone loved this beer. My neighbors wife that only likes light and wheat beers loved this brew. I may have to go to 10 Gal next year since this one didnt last long. Great Christmas beer, be sure to let it age a couple of months.

I brewed this beer in september and bottled in october. I cracked one open one month after bottling which was good but the one I had after 2 months in the bottle was so much better. It is a good mixture of spices which do not overpower the beer and make it taste like the holidays. Definately let the beer age for 2 months before drinking. I anticipate that as it continues to age this beer will continue to get better. Would brew again.

Great holiday ale. The spices come through wonderfully without overpowering it. Let it age a bit and you will be rewarded. I will brew this again (maybe not every winter as there are so many options) but at least every other. A very satisfying winter brew to enjoy when it gets cold outside.

Good Christmas beer. Definitely let it age a bit. There was a marked difference between the bottle I had 2 weeks after bottling and the one I had 2 months after bottling. Good and smooth mixture of spices.
