This is a nice malty ale with a moderate amount of bitterness and a mild hop flavor. Special B malt gives this beer a great red hue.

AMAZING!

So, this is my second time with this brew kit, and its AMAZING!!!. Nutty, hoppy, Sweet Red Ale. When coupled with Nitrogen and C02 it has a perfect head that settles identical to Guinness. This is now a regular at ìMarks Brew Pubî and my friends are now requesting it .... Thank you for this wonderful brew... Oh and it only took 3 days to complete its fermentation, I know this is not a normal thing but I do have a 20 Gallon Conical fermenter with Oxygen hooked up to it along with a mechanical stirring device ... Anyhow, AMAZING!!!!
