brewed this biab with RO water and a half tsp. calcium chloride. Mashed a little high at 155. 2 weeks after kegging I didn't think much of it. In 2 more weeks it really came into it's own. A very nice light beer that the pilsner malt shines through and just enough bitterness to not turn anybody off. It would be a real summer thirst quencher. I finally found a beer my better half really likes
