Excellent beer. I did the mini-mash with extra pitching option. Beer came out 6.2% ABV. I kegged it in 4 weeks ago and left it to age in my lager-freezer @ about 45 degrees. I'm serving it on beergas and WOW is it good. VERY smooth. Definite chocolate flavor and smell. Tastes a bit like the Chocolate Orange Holiday Ale but much smoother.
