Our Belgian White achieves a really unique flavor using coriander and orange peel. This cloudy wheat is also very good with a slice of lemon.
Specialty malts: white wheat, flaked wheat
Featured hops: Cascade
Other additives: coriander, bitter orange peel
The coriander will need to be cracked before adding it to the wort.

Got the mini-mash. came out amber in color not gold. I did not filter out the orange peel - perhaps this is why? In any case, not the best in terms of color. flavor was average. Body didn't really remind me of a good wit.
I made this back in August and was impressed with it in September. I secretly kept back 24 of these babies to save for the holidays and broke a few out at Thanksgiving -- WOW! possibly the best beer I've ever had; amazing how much this brew improved over the months. I can't wait to make (and stash) another batch of this.
Excellent Brew! I brewed the extract kit. Used a garlic press to crush the corriander. I brewed per the instructions. Used White Labs recommended liquid yeast. Primary for 2 weeks, Secondary for another week. Primed with 1.5 cups of Light DME and bottled. As everyone has said, it got better with age and now my friends keep asking when the next batch is going to be done. Second batch just bottled, third in the primary and 1 kit on the shelf. I raise my glass to Austin Homebrew Supplies for providing an excellent brew kit!
Excellent Belgian wit Beer kit. I kept it in the carboy for two weeks then transfered it to the keg and then aged it for 2 more weeks. Drinking it now on tap!!
Great beer! I did the extract kit and I could not be more pleased. Thanks to whomever suggested the splash of OJ, all I can say is "Wow!" Cheers
