AHS American Wheat (6D) - ALL GRAIN Homebrew Ingredient Kit

Very light for a wheat beer. I did secondary on some raspberry puree and it was a very good lawnmower beer. Use this as a base for a fruit/hybrid wheat. A good kit, I will reorder next summer.

Brewed the mini mash version, however I changed the bittering hops to a higher alpha, and added 1 oz flavoring hops. I also used a british ale yeast by accident. drank one after bottle conditioning two weeks and is a great wheat beer with a nice hop kick. another 2 weeks and should be excellent.

Made this for the summer as a lawnmower beer. It was crisp and light, with just the right amount of hoppiness for the summer heat. Refreshing.

A basic wheat beer. Not heavy on the body nor the taste. Very easy drinking. I use this recipe as a base for a cherry wheat, though. I do a secondary fermentation on 4 lbs of cherries. Yum!!!

I added some Raspberry flavoring to the secondary with this recipe and it is now my wife's favorite. I will put this one on the keeper list!
