This beer is way underrated. It has so much flavor yet one of the smoothest I have ever brewed. I brewed this back to back because I enjoyed it so much. I have only done that with Mexian Pilsner and this. I kegged it and within 3 weeks you'll hav a great beer!

I filtered after 3 weeks of lagering, then carbonated. It had a sweet aftertaste that went away after a few weeks. I would recommend ageing/lagering for 5 - 6 weeks and then tapping. It ended up quite good.
