I am a fan of amber ale particularly in the fall months. This one is one of my favorites
I brewed up a batch of your American Amber on 7/5 and didn't bottle until 7/26 due to some quirky hydrometer readings and an inexplicable rash of continuous airlock activity when I moved the fermenter from the basement to the kitchen (to bottle). That said, these are 11 days in the bottle...and this is the BEST Amber Ale I have ever tasted!
Excellent beer to try for a first time brewer. Fermented in the primary for 1 week and in the secondary for 10 days. After 2 days in the keg, I tried it and it came out great. This beer tastes better the longer it sits in the keg. Will brew this one again
All grain mash, White Lab's yeast option, 2 weeks primary, 1 week secondary, and bottle conditioned. This is awesome beer!!!
A very good beer. Mine came out a bit on the bitter side, but people have been raving about it. I will brew this again.
