Pitching/Fermentation : Ferment a lager beer in one week! Ferment at room temperature (62-68) under 1.0 bar of pressure (14.7 PSI). Lager the beer (at 35) at 15 PSI for 3-5 days to properly condition. Malt forward and clean finish and ferments at room temperature.
Notes : Some slight sulfur production
