Want to make a Yeast Starter? Home brewers are always led to believe making a yeast starter is for the advanced brewer. This could not be further from the truth. If anything beginning brewers should start with yeast starters. When you think about it they are nothing more than a small extract brew. Show Me How To Make A Yeast Starter

Great Idea in Theory

I didn't do enough research on the procedures for this yeast before using it. When it says high pressure it means that you have to ferment in a keg with under 14 psi and use a spunding valve or you need a fermenter that will handle the pressure. If you don't have that option don't buy this yeast. I'm looking forward to trying it again with the proper setup. There should probably be warnings posted up front for anyone purchasing this type of yeast!
