Less Filling-Tastes Great

I usually work with Wyeast2007 but it wasn't available so I tried Mangrove Jack's M-54>>> This yeast is a slow starter but when it gets a Full Head of Steam--- Katy bar the door!! >>>It's fast and voracious>>> It's usually ready to go into the secondary fermenter after 4 days and clears out very fast for bottling>>> It is crisp and clean with no after taste>>> I am using 2rowBarley, Rice and Honey.
