Description

Sambucus nigra
These small dark berries enhance both flavor and color in beers. They have been used in baking, beermaking and winemaking for decades. Probably even longer. Remember Grandma's elderberry wine?

Perfect for making elderberry syrup for the family!

This is the third year weíll be using y'all's elderberries to make some homemade syrup. Always very pleased! Customer service is superb and Austin Homebrew has quick response and fulfillment time.

Great Product

This is the second time I have purchased elderberries from Austin Brewing. The elderberries are top notch! Austin ships fast. I use the berries for an immunity syrup. They work great.

Their quality product Never disappoint!

I was lucky to find Austin Homebrew on the net as I couldn't find Organic Elderberries nowhere. I been purchasing since 2020 (many times) and the quality of the dried berries and the fast delivery is amazing. I definitely am a return customer!!

As Expected

The package arrived as promised. Using it to make healthy elixir. Thanks for delivering a product as expected from a Texas supplier. If shipping had left site more quickly it would have arrived in half the time and earned another star.

Different taste/aftertaste

I make and sell elderberry syrup. I've used dried elderberry from a number of sources. These taste very different to me. They had more of a medicinal taste than I've experienced before and there's an aftertaste that lingers. The price of this is awesome but I'm not sure I can use them for my syrups moving forward.
