Blue Moon Belgian White (16A) - MINI MASH Homebrew Ingredient Kit

This is a brew I've been making for several years now and the one I get the most raving reviews for. It's light, very flavorful, and the orange adds a freshness that's terrific. Don't hesitate to try this one, it's easy to make and you'll love it.

Brewed this kit with an additional teaspoon of tangerine peel and only used one ounce hersbrucker for bittering hop with no extra hop at all. Tastes better than blue moon or shock top.

2 weeks in the primary and 3 weeks in the secondary made this a delicious beer. I would suggest letting it age for best results.

Yeah, I agree with most of these posts....I was a little disappointed with this one. It's not a bad beer by any means and I just might buy it again. If you gave it to me and didn't tell me it was a Blue Moon clone, I wouldn't even think Blue Moon, but I would certainly enjoy it and compliment it. So, it's a good drinking beer, but just don't think you'll be tricking your friends into thinking it's the original!
